I've spent fifteen years making wedding cakes in County Fermanagh, working alongside the photographers, florists and venues who make these days beautiful.
In that time I've watched couples exhaust themselves chasing suppliers, and watched good suppliers lose money on platforms that sent them nothing. Amorelle is my attempt at something fairer for both.
Suppliers apply to join and we look at every portfolio, accepting only a limited number in each category. What we'll never do is sell position: nobody pays to appear ahead of anyone else, because your wedding shouldn't be decided by who spent the most on advertising.
